AGE OF ARIES / Libra: 2150 BC- 1 AD The Age of War, Fire, Conquest and the Ram

Aries represents a Fire symbol as well as bold actions. This was the age expanding ancient empires such as the Orient, Persia, Greece and Rome. Each of these civilizations sought to always bring more land and territory under their control by conquering the indigenous people of the land as they expanded outward. However the themes emphasized during this age relate to courage, initiative, war and adventure., Therefore, emphasizing the themes of Ego (Aries) and Justice (Libra). The Aries constellation shows a Ram running. This could correspond with the sacrifice of Abraham’s Ram. The Arian Age was also the time of the Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten; whose efforts to replace polytheism with monotheism in 1350 BC, became the earliest known attempt. Moses is thought by many in Western Society to have ushered in the Age of Aries (Ram or Lamb) which is why Moses condemns his own people upon worshipping a “golden calf” (Bull) after coming down Mount Sinai. It was the end of the Taurus Age or the fourth age in our present great year. If believers in Western Religious were to study Astrology as well the history of Akhenaten, they would find that this is where the Moses myth gets a large magrority of it’s foundation. For example, Akhenaten was not originally designated as the successor to the throne until the untimely death of his older brother, Thutmose. (Thut-Moses)

•The Old Testament was recorded in the Age of Aries and has many references to the sacrifice of the Lamb and Ram. The Ram is the Astrological symbol for the sign of Aries. Jesus Christ often used the symbolic reference to the Lamb in his teachings and Parables. In ancient Greece it was associated with the Golden Vliess. In ancient Egyptian civilization the Ram was associated with the god Amun or “Amen” and is why the mass majority of religious sects still say “Amen” to conclude prayers and hymns.

Bull worshiping cults began to form in Assyria, Egypt and Crete which relates to Taurus symbolizing the bull. As well as the earth. This age is probably best characterized for the building of the pyramids, during the Old Kingdom of Egypt and the Middle Kingdom of Egypt. Most Egyptian Pyramids have great Astrological as well Astronomical significance; as well as major Geometric and Mathematical importance. They personify structure, solidity, stability and attempts at eternity, keywords of Taurus. The wheel was used for the first time in this age for transport and is also when the Chinese Empire began.

AGE OF GEMINI: 6450 BC - 4300 BC The Age of Communication, Trade and the Twins

The Age of Gemini was about sharing Ideas. During this age writing of languages developed, and trade started to accelerate. Gemini the Air Sign is related to thinking and corresponds to the symbols the Gemini constellation represents. The Constellation can be seen as two people holding hands , which is widely symbolic for trade and communication of people. It was during this time that the earliest known form of writing (”proto-writing’) was developed and is considered the beginning of written [China, India and Mesopotamia], symbolic [Sumeria, Egypt and the Americas] and spoken language of Chinese and Hebrew]. It was the Age of Gemini 6,000 to 8,000 years ago, when some people on the Earth believe Adam and Eve lived. Gemini is also known as the twins or Adam and Eve in the ancient Zodiacs.

Orthodox Christianity does not recognize the ages defined by astrology, nor the significance attributed to them by believers in astrology. The Jewish Kabbalah does, however, contain ancient references to astrological tradition.
